The transfer and inspection conveyor connects stations on an SMD line. It can be used as a buffer section, as an inspection station or for loading and unloading production systems. In inspection mode, a confirmation signal is used for onward transportation after an inspection or rework. They are available in several lengths and variants.
The blanks are transported on two antistatic belts with a 3 mm contact surface. The width can be infinitely adjusted from 50-350mm using a handwheel with two synchronized spindles. The speed can also be infinitely adjusted from 1-12m/min eingestellt werden.

The automatic loaders and unloaders enable the automated handling of pick-and-place machines and SMD lines. The PCBs to be processed are stacked in magazines. The full magazine is placed on the loader's feed tape and conveyed into the lift. While one magazine is being unloaded, the next magazine can already be placed on the feed belt.
