Solder paste printing is an important part of the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process. It is generally assumed that this part of the process, if not carried out correctly, is responsible for most assembly errors.

The SP-500 stencil printer is a universal printed circuit board printer for solder paste and chip adhesive. With its easy and reliable operation and excellent repeatability, it is ideal for producing prototypes and small batches of high-quality electronic assemblies. The printer is equipped with a universal frame mount and an adjustable worktable. It is characterized by high precision and high reproducibility.

The stencil printer SP-A3 is a manual PCB printer for solder pastes and chip adhesives. With easy and reliable handling and excellent repeatability, it is ideally suited for the production of prototypes and small batches of high quality electronic assemblies. The printer is equipped with an adjustable support table and a foldable frame holder. Knurled screws are used to adjustable height of the clamped stencil frame so that is level with the circuit board.

For error-free assembly production, it is important to work with high-quality material in the correct application. This also applies to solder paste. The PM500S solder paste mixer enables solder paste to be homogenized in cans, thus creating optimum, reproducible production conditions. The combination of two mutually inclined rotation axes creates a 3D movement and the solder paste is mixed in the sealed container (can or cartridge) without contamination.
