Economic A200/300/400

The Economic A200/300/400 is a universal, PC-controlled table soldering robot with three axes.
The device is particularly suitable for process evaluation of new products, but also for the production of small to medium series.
The 3-axis coordinate table of the soldering station allows exact positioning and is available in three versions with working areas up to max. 395 x 300 x 140mm. Thanks to its compact design, the machine occupies only a small total area with a large working range.

The machine is controlled and the soldering process is programmed via the supplied PC control unit with the Microsoft Windows compatible software Wincontrol. This easy-to-program operating software provides the user with all the functions needed to flexibly and quickly create soldering processes, edit and save parameters. Teach-in is supported via numerical input, data conversion, joystick or CCD camera with crosshairs. A program editor supports the administration of individual positions of the respective application. The respective parameters such as light output, solder speed and soldering times can then be easily programmed individually for each solder joint.

Economic W500

The soldering station economic W500 allows the cost-efficient realization of semi-automated processes. The interchangeable cassette system decouples insertion and removal of parts and ensures efficient utilization of the machine. The basic version has an x-axis of 500 mm length, which can be equipped with various soldering tools. The LightBeam light soldering head, an induction soldering head and metering valves for applying solder paste and solder wire feeders are available as soldering tools. The soldering station is controlled by an IO system with integrated PLC. The device is particularly suitable for the production of small to medium series, but also for process evaluation of new products.
