Production solar modules
The scalable soldering tools from ATN allow process-safe soldering of the J-Box. Depending on the geometry of the solder joints, induction soldering and piston soldering are available. Single or double tools are adapted to the required throughput.
The manual station enables process-reliable, reproducible automation of the soldering process even for smaller quantities. Via a manipulator the soldering tool is manually positioned to fit the J-Box (the tool is placed on the contacting frame of the J-Box with catch pins). J.Box). The soldering process is then fully automatic.
