Production solar modules
Framed panels are inspected by turning the panel. The panel is transported lengthwise. The two toothed belts are set to maximum width (width is variably adjustable). A lateral guide guides the framed panel. The panel is lifted from above with 4 pneumatic modules (bellows cylinders) onto the toothed belt tracks. Then the entire panel (with toothed belt tracks) can be swivelled by 110 so that a free view of the SunnySide of the panel is possible.
Unframed panels are inspected with a mirror surface from below. The panel is transported lengthwise. The two guides are set to maximum width. The inspection is carried out via the mirror mounted at the bottom.
