Induction soldering

The ATN induction soldering systems are designed for use in automatic systems. The HF generators are characterised by digital control. The parameters are set via RS232 interface. The compact output transducer (inductor) is suitable for use on automatic axis systems. The controller monitors power, cooling and water pressure and sends error messages to the system control if necessary. The inductor coil is adjusted according to the geometric conditions at the soldering point, thus optimising the energy transfer. To prevent the inductor from heating up, cooling water is pumped through the hollow coil wire. The compact solder wire feeder mosquito ensures precise and reproducible feeding of the solder wire from standard solder reels. DC motor control with encoder measuring system and solder switches ensure monitoring of the solder wire feed in the process.
