Automatic stations

Automatic stations for integration into customer specific module are configured from:
  • 15 different tools
  • 8 axis systems (1-5 linear and rotary axes)
The stations are delivered as complete, tested units including electrics and pneumatics.
  • Mechanical interface is the base plate of the basic module
  • Electrical interface is 24 V - signals: inPos, Busy, Error
  • Pneumatic interface: air filtered and drained, 5 - 6 bar
PC control allows easy and comfortable management of process parameters and process programs. The program editor is used to manage the working process. A variable number of process parameters can be stored for each processing point. The decentralized control concept relieves the PC control of the entire module and guarantees the real-time requirements for the process.
