In special applications where only a few components need to be assembled, space and budget are often not sufficient for a standard automatic assembly machine. The pneumatic placement head with vacuum gripper and mechanical centring offers a reliable and cost-effective alternative for this.

The tape feeders have the function of feeding components from tapes. There are different tape feeders (8, 12, 16, and 24mm) according to the tape feeders (8, 12, 16 and 24 mm). The structure of the tapes is defined in the DIN IEC 286 standard for these sizes. A controller takes over the control of the Feeders (Step size).
